Polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are a kind of organic compounds in environment difficult to be degraded. Treating soil contaminated by PAHs with bioremediation has many advantages. Combination of phytoremediation and bioargmentation is adopted in this research to reclaim soil contaminated by anthracene through introducing specific bacteria and biosurfactant-producing bacteria into rhizospheric soil, which are highly effective anthracene-degrading bacteria and biosurfactant-producing bacteria both fused with dominant bacteria in rhizoshperic soil. The whole work includes:1. extract biosurfactant and research the solubilization of this biosurfactant to four kinds of PAHs in different concentration, temperature, high-salt concentration, high acid concentration and alkali. The biosurfactant showes excellent character in all condition above. It is concluded that this biosurfactant can be used in extremely environment2. research two kinds of chemical surfactants and the biosurfactant extracted from the bacteria on the PAHs degradation course. Use HPLC measured the remained concentration of anthracenc under different surfactants. The result showed that the surfactants can prompted the anthrance degradation greatly and under the same condition. The effect of biosurfactant extracted from bacteria is excel than chemical surfactants. When adding no surfactant, adding C12H25SO3Na, adding Tween-20 and adding the biosurfactant. Under these four treatments. The anthracene concentration decreased from 250ug/ml to 214 ug/ml,199.2 ug/ml,138.7 ug/ml and 114.8 ug/ml respectively. The result showes that the two fusants have great ability to degradating anthracene when they used together3. the biosuufactant have great solubilization to PAHs and between a range of concentration, if the concentration is more high, the solubilization effect is more distinctively, in this research the biosurfactant concentration is 0.5g/l and the biosurfactant adapt a wide range of pH values. When the pH values is between6-11 ,the solubilization effect is perior4. jute of about half a meter high is transplanted to anthracene-contaminated soil with anthracene concentration is 50,100 and 150 ug/kg dry soil , then the two fusants are inoculated to rhizosphere soil of jute to construct the rhizospheric microbial coupling degradation system . at the same time ,controls of soil and jute have been set , the whole procedure lasts 40 days and the concentration remained of anthracene in soil is measured after 40 days , and the calculate the number of T-An in rhizospheric soil the method of bioaugmentation through introducing bacteria which are fusedwith dominant bacteria in rhizospheric soil to rhizoshpere of plant provides a newand viable way to enhance introduced bacteria's survival ability and degrantiveability in soil...
