Based on the analyzing 20MN forging hydraulic press and using of Simulink toolbox in the Matlab software, the dissertation simulates the main-control spool valve that distributes the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system and the process of the decompression in the backhaul. Firstly, the hydraulic system work principle and every valve how to work in the forging process are introduced, especially the mail-control spool valve on the basis of compose of the forging hydraulic press. Secondly, how to get the hydraulic system's dynamic performance is discussed. Based on the analyzing the modeling method and the simulation software, three steps are adopted. â‘ On the basis of the mechanical equation and flux balance equation the mathematics equation of hydraulic system is established. â‘¡After the analysis the mathematics equation, the transfer function or the pane figure is gotten and the mathematics modeling is set up. â‘¢The simulation curve is exported by using disposal figure function in the Matlab software. Thirdly, using three steps the main-control spool valve is simulated and gets the simulation curve on the different condition. The results of comparing the simulation curve and the sample curve prove that the main valve dynamic performance can satisfy the factual needs. The main-control spool valve isn't standard spool valve. The simulation results provide the reference for the control system. Finally, by using the math way proportional valve's mathematic equation is established, after analyzing these equations the mathematic modeling and the simulation model are set up. The proportional valve and the main-control spool valve encapsulate single module in the Simulink toolbox. Then using these modules simulation modeling of decompression in the backhaul is easy to set up. The simulation result proves the way of the simulation is right.
