At present, Heavy electric wheel mining dump truck is an efficient tr ansport equipment used by open-pit Mine Exploitation. Xiangtan Electric al Manufacturing Factory as china’s leading manufacturer of large equip ment designed and produced SF31904108tons mining dump truck in the1970s, which brought good social and economic benefits to the users and vendors.With the development of economy, this type of truck can not me et the requirements of modern large-scale open-pit mine because of it’s li mit tonnage.At the present stage, domestic heavy truck basically relies on imports,which brought certain limit to the development of chinese mining enterprises.For this reason,the country peovided the support and the relev ant preferential policies for the manufacture of large equipment. To meet the requirement of users and respond to country’s relevant policies, Xian gtan Electrical Manufacturing Factory relying on the unique mining dum p truck technical advantages decided to joint research and develop SEF33901AC220tons electric wheel mining dump truck with Central South U niversity and Hunan University.Based on the analysis and comparison on the Hydraulic dump truck hydraulic system of BELAZ-75306,Dresser930E model,Dresser730E,SF31904-108t, China’s first220T mining dump truck steering, lifting, brake hydraulic system was designed and the Dynamic Simulation of the three systems was analyzed by the combination use of bond graph andMATLAB software. In chapter II, a brief introduction on the design of SF31904220T mining truck’s hydraulic system was gave and the working principle of the the hydraulic systemto was analyzed after the comparison and analysis on four kinds of mining dump truck. In Chapter Ⅲ,the dynamic analysis the dump truck hydraulic steering system was conducted. To predict the dump truck hydraulic steering system performance and for the stability, the integrity analysis and evaluation on the system performance was accomplished on the base of the bond graph of the steering system.In Chapter IV, the dynamic analysis the dump truck hydraulic lifting system was conducted. Hydraulic lifting system dynamics analysis was divided into two steps:(1) a simplified system diagram was obtained according to the hydraulic lifting system working principle;(2) By the use of the power bond graph theory, the components and systems bond graph was drew and solving the equation of state to determine the stability of hydraulic lifting system.In Chapter V, the dynamic analysis the dump truck hydraulic brake system was conducted. Hydraulic brake system dynamics analysis was divided into two steps:(1) a simplified system diagram was obtained according to the hydraulic brake system working principle;(2) By the use of the power bond graph theory, the components and systems bond graph was drew and solving the equation of state to determine the stability of hydraulic brake system. Kinetic analysis showed that:the dynamic performance of the hydraulic turning, lifting,brake system is well and the pressure fluctuation is small. The system meets the requirements of practical work.
