The theme aims to develop, apply and prove a new design method of gear hobbing machines on the base of CNC and mech-electrical integration theories. It tries to find a solution for equipment providers on the task of high-efficiency CNC machines prodution. A new model of high-efficiency, high-speed and power CNC gear hobbing machine YKX3140 is successfully developed, which has earned both profit and reputation.The theme first analyzes the present production methods and equipment conditions of gear manufacturing industry. Along with market competition and the trend of equipment replacement, equipment with high accuracy and high efficiency are much more required.Comparing with international production of gear hobbing machines and in combination with domestic technology and production capability, the theme reasonably and scientifically proposes machine's basic parameters. Applying mech-electrical integration theories it analyzes and calculates machine's important dynamic performances and emphasizes machine's static and dynamic rigidities. With professional know-how and design experiences, the author not only precisely calculated and designed machine's basic elements, which also keep the balance between functions and costs, but also developed unique constructions for key parts. Through detailed comparison on machine's working accuracies and efficiency, it concludes the success of design, which is also proved by tested accuracies of workpieces.The author is the project leader, involving the whole process of the development and production of model YKX3140. This project provides machine manufacturers applicable design methods, which not only increase machine's comprehensive performances, but also keep the optimal price-performance-ratio. |
