The gear hobbing machine is the production and processing is the most commonly used gear cutting machine equipment,ordinary gear machining method of gear rolling machine tool by machining can be completed,helical gear and spur gear herringbone gear,gear and worm wheel etc..This paper first introduces the structure of ordinary horizontal hobbing machine,machining method,general hobbing process principle and machining principle of CNC gear hobbing machine..Then for the ZFWZ12 CNC rolling gear machine cutting test after overhaul gear alignment precision is higher than that of 0.3mm,analysis of the ZFWZ12 type CNC gear hobbing machine hobbing tooth profile error and tooth to the main reason of error and the corresponding solutions to improve the machining accuracy of the.Through the gear measuring machine for precision detection of hobbing specimens and the results were analyzed,according to the conclusions of the analysis focus on the detection of the hobbing machine the transmission parts transmission accuracy,eliminate overproof,and eventually found the main reason for the machining error table rotation error.Based on the machine tool column disintegration,adjust the table rotation worm clearance,complete static mechanical precision machine tool adjustment,re gear test processing,through the detection of gear measuring machine precision of specimen processing,the results of the analysis,found that the specimen processing of tooth profile error and tooth error meet the machining accuracy requirements.Finally,To reduce the hobbing process impact,improve the reliability of the machining accuracy of the machine tool,at the end of the ZFWZ12 type CNC gear hobbing machine adopts double motor to eliminate the table rotation gap principle and correction method are analyzed.According to the principle of double motor clearance elimination,this paper proposes to use SimoCom U software to adjust the servo motor parameters of the table by means of the 611U servo motor drive system of the machine tool.The installation method of SimoCom U software is introduced.The parameter setting method of SimoCom U and the optimization process of servo motor parameters are introduced in detail.Dual motor backlash,on the same specimen of hobbing,and accuracy of detection of specimen processing gear measuring machine,found the machined specimens of tooth profile error and tooth direction errors can better meet the requirements of precision machining products.To complete all the precision adjustment of the equipment after the overhaul.
