This paper introduced an advanced ammonia desulphurization technology,which could effectively solve some problems, corroding in devices, pollution causedby the process, low efficiency of gas-water separating, which were often found inthe traditional technology.The characters and the composing of this technology werealso expatiated. In view of this technology ,based on the practical datas, a softwarefor material balance computing of the desulphurization craft has been exploitatedand used in the design calculating for the desulphurization system of a 75t/h bolier.The computed results and the project measured datas tallied well.This paper also conducted the research on the mist separator in thisdesulphurization system. The performance of mist separators under differentstructure parameters and operating conditions were calculated by virtue ofcommercial CFD software. The results indicated: when the distance between laminasof mist separator in this system varies from 30mm to 50mm, the fold number of thetable-flap is 3 ~ 4, the gas velocity is 5 ~ 7m/s, the dehydrated efficiency is highest.
