This paper describes the saving energy of Ming-yi multipurpose station in the third plant of the mining oil in the Zhongyuan oil-field, According to its crude oil's characteristic and equipments'function fact,analyse the crude oil separated flow,advance the flow and the correlative improved strategy,followly, According to its energy-cost structure,based as the produced equipments, analyse the crude oil separated equipments'efficiency,insure the outputting regular containing water crude oil and regular containing oil water; finally,Analysethe main using electricity and gas-fired equipments'saving energy.This dissertation describes two-sects and three-sects crude dehydration system flow,gives a certain adaptive condition and researches the saving effect of the obturation flow,offers its improved technology; analyses crude oil water separated temperature theoretically,that's more .combining with Zhongyuan oil field fact, computes crude oil water separated temperature rationally, elicits crude oil water separated temperature scientifically; finally, According to the flow's fact,in the crude oil broken emulsification hand,analyses the saving effect of the choice of it rationally and advances its saving status during the course of the disposal of the high containing water crude.The liquid particle is ananlysed about the dynamics and kinematics in the separated equipment,the person studys the inherent rule and lodges the concept of distributing particle dia and particle efficiency,comparing particle efficiency with separating efficiency,based on the particle distribution model, particle efficiency and critical particle dia,advances efficiency computing model about gravitational oil&water separated equipment,that's more,analyses the main factors of the affecting separational efficiency in detail,in the face of oil&water hydrosphere control in the ultipurpose station,combining with the crude oil and separational equipment'data,designs a set of oil&water hydrosphere machine control setting project.This paper researchs the rule of the dissociation water and crude oil electricity dehydrated water,offers the material steps about the accelerated separation of crude oil; secondly,applies mechanism method to establish oil&water separational subside model and electricity evaporator dehydration model, According to the oil field fact, applies linearization to simplify the models and four-steps Runge-kutta method to solve it,draw a conclusion that validates its correctness and posts its inherent relation of crude oil&water separational system.In the aspect of the transporting oil bump saving energy, lodges its saving meatures, there are to be electroanalysis polishing and shift gears saving energy that affect oil bump's saving energy, experiments the oil bump and educe testing data.foliowly,establishes the regression model about transporting oil acentric bump type --100KY100-200, validates ,optimizes and applies it, gains the bump's optimal point (Q~·, H~·, I~·, η~·), validates establishement model 'feasibility and produces a certain economic value .The article computes its pyrology and gains its computing model,calculates thermal balance efficiency in reverse,compares with their affectinal factors,once the fuel will be decided, The stove therma efficiency lies on ejecting temperature mainly.fall ejecting...
