The temperature control system gets the most extensive application in the area of industrial control, heat-treatment metal material process etc. How to utilize the automatic temperature control system display and collecting tempeture data during the Semi-Solid Aluminum alloy forming, controlling the forming heating temperature and save it are the problems we dedicated to solve in the area.With the background of temperature control system design of the Semi-Solid Aluminum alloy forming equipment. This thesis, firstly, introduced the Semi-Solid Aluminum alloy forming technics and its designs requests, development of intelligent control and the electric heating furnace control technical. Secondly, introduced the fuzzy controller's basic theory and disign on the basis of fuzzy maths. Thirdly, analyzed the electric heating furnace temperature and set up its mathematics model, then created the control system experimental simulating for research through the tool of MATLAB. The simulation results reveals that intelligent fuzzy control has the advantages of small overshoot(can be access to non-overshoot), short adjusting time, high precision and good robustness. Fourthly, introduced the composition of the hardware, function and working principle of the temperature control system. Fifthly, Detailed expatiated the software development, design and functions on temperature controls system. Finally, introduced the actual usage of the temperature control system in the half Semi-solid Aluminum alloy froming experiment, the result of the application reveals that this system can accurately control the electric heating furance's temperature, and other functions all attain the request of the design.
