The treatment efficient and key parameters of SBR process . electro-catalyze process and SBR-electro-catalyze process was studied by treat with the antibiotics wastewater from North China pharmaceutical Group Corporation. Results shows that SBR process has many advantages than other anaerobic-aerobic processes, the optimization parameters is :limited aeration, 8hours aeration time in one cycle, 1.5~2.0 mg/L of dissolved oxygen, pH=8. SBR system which operated in such status has a remarkable treatment efficient, studies on electro-catalyze process also shows that three-dimensional electrode process was efficient in advanced treatment of antibiotic wastewater, the two structure, fixed bed and fluidized bed, were selected as experimental set-up, modified stainless steel electrode were used in the experiment, and activated carbon were used as the third electrode, the optimization parameters of three-dimensional electrode system is xell voltage =15V,HRT=60min, pH=8,the distance between electrode is 8mm.After treated by SBR process and the three-dimensional electrode process, the quality of cleaned water can attain the national discharge standard of grade one.
