The Working Environment And Safety Control Of Opencast Mine

Combined with safety supervision and administration work of Dabaopo limestone mine , the improvement , management and layout of mine work condition , safety sign and safety supervision and administration of mine corporation was studied in this paper. The achievements acquired are as follows.(1) Based on the study of influence of opencast working condition , effects that opencast working condition has on person are composited factors. Furthermore, this synthesized stimulations of composited factors have a higher impact on person's action than a single factor. The basic task of opencast working condition administration was indicated, namely finding , analyzing and eliminating various hazardous factors that existed in work environment , the prevention of occupational disease , creating a comfortable work condition , ensuring employees' safety and health , promoting the increase of productivity and the development of yield are all included. The core content of opencast working condition was ascertained, namely the investigation of hazardous factors , the demarcation of hazardous spot, the evaluation of criticality of work condition, the improvement of work condition , the establishment and implement of safety measure , the daily management and examination of work condition, layout of safety sign , the temperature improvement and the prevention of production poison , yawp, hazardous radicalization and the adjustment of light, aspirate, colour, sapor.(2) The main hazardous factors that exist in work condition were identified, and the way how to investigate and plot the hazardous factors and spot was also put forward. Besides ,the injury extent of accident was analyzed, the method how to analyze hazardous extent of condition was also figured out.(3) The ambience of opencast working that should make work spot accord with work ambience and the layout of work space was indicated. The work site should follow the following principle: the principle of ergonomics , the principle of system component importance , the principle of component using frequency , the principle of component function , the principle of sequence.(4) Aiming at the special condition of opencast working , safety sign and signal should be set up according to the existed hazardous factors condition .(5) It indicated that the management department of industry and corporation should carry out the principle that the one who manage safety should also manage production.
