According to the communication protocol, the bottom input/output driver is compiled, so the communication between system and singlechip is came true,which assures the reliability of communication among multiple computers and fulfills the welding process control.The data system and operating system of this system is compiled with Realinfo configuration software, the parameters of welding process are all defined and the interface of the system is established. Because of different craft, each parameter has its own preferences range. All the data and the order necessary in welding process can be input by Mouse. The operation is so simple that the operator can master rapidly.
