Development Of The Street-lamp Intelligent Control System Based On Configuration Software And Micro-chip Computer

In the oil field area, the control of the street lamp is focused on the switch box. About 100 street lamps were controlled by one switch box, starting and shutting the street lamps. According to the seasonal changes, the length of the sunshine time, we need to adjust the timing of the controller in the switch box regularly, and monit the current value of the street lamp. According the parameter, we judge whether the cable appears short circuit fault. With the development of wireless network technology and electronic technology, we can modify the time controller and monitor sunshine time length, current parameter, temperature value through the way of remote control.This paper developed the intelligent controller for road lamp according to the special function of oil filed.The remote contoller device placed in the switch box, used to control the AC contactor, in order to start the streetlight. Controller has light intensity acquisition module, RTC control module, clock module, wireless current acquisition module. So we can realize the timing controller to control on the street lamp control, light intensity signal, current signal acquisition and data transmission through the remote device.At the same time,this text developed the portable remot control equipment. In the limits of wireless communication distance, we can control the street lamp on and off,modify the start and off time,and acquiring the data of current,light intensity parameters through handheld devices.This paper studies the Kingview software and single chip microcomputer MODBUS-ASCII communication protocol.We run Kingview software in computer and connect the computer with wireless module.By this methord,we can control streetlamp on and off by computer,it also can transmit the data of light intensity, temperature data,current value.,and modify the time of the remote controller.
