The scope of this paper is focused on how to resolve the problem of unstable performance of domestic die-casting machine and high rate of fault product. A special proportional cartridge valve used in control system for fast shot and pressurization process and the digital controller corresponding are designed based on analyzing electrical control system and hydraulic parts. Research on high-speed flux valve for die-casting machine is completed and a reasonable control strategy is used to improve its responding speed during fast shot and pressurization process. The process of simulation and experiment on control circuit for proportional cartridge valve is accomplished and the result indicates this scheme can improve responding speed of die-casting.Chapter one introduces the background and importance of the project, and expatiate work principle and the domestic and international development status of die-casting machine. At last point out content and meaning of this working base on above.Chapter two simply describes the working principle, fabric composed of die-casting machine studied in this paper, and also explain the main implement theory and courses of the electrical- hydraulic control system.Chapter three discusses the whole control scheme for die-casting based on analyzing the former control system. Then bring out how to design the hardware of die-casting controller and the particular proportional cartridge valve.Chapter four mainly focus on the control strategy in common use based on analyze the demanding of new control system. Then simulate and analyze the particular proportional cartridge valve used different control parameters to realize response characteristic of it.Chapter five concerns on software designing of die-casting controller based on analysis and simulation aforesaid, then preparing experiment related and do experiment of the particular proportional cartridge valve and analysis the experiment result.Chapter six summarize the studying and function carried out in this paper, also point out the improvement direction of future work.
