In recent years, with global environmental degradation, All of the world people have gone out of the wrong traditional economic model of "first pollution, last treatment", begin to realize the importance of environment. Awareness of environmental protection have come to pervade every aspect of our lives, Because of polymeric material's toward environment, adoption the environmental protection style material to serve as a substitute conduct is pay attention to by the people of the world.In Tianjin China Packaging Research & Test Center, by the static compression and dynamic impact test of many kinds of cushion material includes EPE,EPS and Multilayered corrugated fibreboard, I acquired a substantial and valuable data. From the data analysis, we can achieve the different in mechanical property of Multi-layered corrugated fibreboard and foamed plastics. Also verified the good buffer function of compressed Multilayered corrugated fibreboard, it is fully capable of taking palce of foamed plastics to serving as protective cushion material. Pre-compressed multi-layered fibreboard cushions have most of the structural resistance and damping removed, and the properties of air-flow through the flutes becomes a more predominant, they behave more like a soft spring.The article is based on studying much of document both here and abroad. Applied mechanical property of foamed plastics to describe mathematic function, combined mechanical property of Multi-layered corrugated fibreboard, Commence from the angle of Conversation Of Energy, Fully considering the air-flow of flute influence on it's property. Bulit up the mathematic model of mechanical property of Multi-layered corrugated fibreboard.My article take advantage of the method of state space and the dynamic simulation environment of Matlab/simulink fio convert the dynamics model into simulation model and choosing a suitable simulation arithmetic, the application program of computer simulation can be developed to display the established models, the simulation results and graphics and simulation data by the matlab.Thinking about the properties of Multi-layered corrugated fibreboard, compared the result of acceleration test with simulation result of mathematic model in different end condition. In a qualitative way the simulated results tend to coincide with experimental results. It validated theoretics model.The article discussed deeply the mechanical property of Multi-layered corrugated fibreboard, built up the theoretics model, found a correct way to consider cushion material of corrugated fibreboard in a qualitative way. The models developed will assist in the design of protective packaging and produce predictive tools for the use in the packaging industry.
