| Corrugated Board is a kind of widely-used and environmental-friendly cushioning packaging material. It is a kind of basic material to make corrugated box. Corrugated Board is a kind of coach board which is made by using adhesive to put board paper and corrugated paper together. Buffering cushion of corrugated board is a kind of newly-developed environmental-friendly buffering product, which is made through slotting, dinting, folding, inserting and bonding the corrugated board. This kind of paper inside liner can not only isolate the product in the container, but also can absorb heat when the product is hit by external force, thus prolonging the time of shock pulse of the product. It has good buffering properties, so it is more and more widely used to replace the present foam plastic liner. However, buffering cushion of corrugated board has a fatal disadvantage, which lies in its low loading capacity. And besides, it is easily distorted after being hit and pressed. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the cushioning mechanism of the buffering structure of corrugated board as well as to develop new buffering structures of corrugated board.Putting slanting construction as study object, on the basis of the cushioning mechanism of slanting construction, this paper tries to explore the influence law of structure parameters of slanting unit upon structural buffering properties and tries to apply it into the design of new product. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through carrying out static compression tests of slanting construction, exploring the breakage mechanism of slanting construction, as well as trying to explain the relationship between the inefficiency of slanting construction and structure parameters on the basis of Sandwich plate theory.(2)Carrying out simulation test of static compression of slanting construction by applying the ABAQUS software and making a comparison with the practical test.(3)Through computational simulation, together with data analysis theory, making studies of the influence relationship between the parameters of slanting construction and bearing properties, and further obtaining the functional relationship between the biggest loading of slanting construction and single factors.(4)By applying MATLAB, optimizing the structural design, and according to the requests of loading, realizing the smallest use of material and meanwhile, applying it into realistic design based on the influence of every factor of the structure upon the properties. |
