The technology of cement pre-calcining process, regarding suspending preheating and predecomposition as the core, is obtained widely application by its outstanding advantages and become the developing direction of 21st century cement industry. With the full speed development of computer technology, computer simulation technology too is carried out the transition from numerical simulation to visual simulation and has offered a new scientific and technological means for the study of kiln rear preheating system. However, no matter in production or in scientific research, it is basically a blank to the visual simulation software development of the kiln rear system. In order to study the mutual relationships of numerous parameters in kiln rear preheating system and represent them in a direct viewing way, this paper applies visual simulation technology into the cement kiln rear preheating system, develops the visual simulation software for kiln rear system, and expects to offer new thinking and method for the cement industry.Firstly, this paper discusses the objective, meaning, the main task and also key technology of the study, then summarizes the structure characteristics and performance principle of the major equipments of kiln rear system, suspension preheater and calciner and elaborates on the development status of the scientific visible simulation technology.On the promise of thoroughly analyzing the kiln rear system and doing reasonable supposition, and combining with"Kinetic energy,Heat,Mass Transfer and react"theory, this paper establishes kiln rear system mathematical model, does some improvement to the model of last stage pre-heater and calciner, and makes this model more advantageous to the kiln rear system model simulation calculate.Carrying on the research of object-oriented technology and exploits methods, using the thoughts of software engineering, using C++ high level language and taking MS Visual C++6.0 as developing platform, this paper makes actual equipments abstract into some graphics unit class and realize graphical and visible...
