| With the development of industrial control technology,computer automatic control system has been widely used in various fields of industrial automation,such as batch process,continuous process,discrete process and so on,as well as food,electricity,water treatment,chemical industry and other industries.With the rapid development of the hardware and software of the industrial control system,the current control system of the joint station can detect and monitor the various processes,equipment and environmental parameters in the production process,and its comprehensiveness and accuracy can not meet the requirements.Aiming at the present situation of the joint station in Daqing oilfield,a centralized monitoring and transformation plan is put forward,and a monitoring system for the production process of the joint station is designed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the computer monitoring system should have the functions of screen display,real-time communication,data storage and alarm cue,according to the requirements of the monitoring system.The control method of the centralized control system is determined,and the overall design of the monitoring system is carried out.Secondly,iFIX is used as the configuration software of the upper computer.According to the control requirements of the monitoring system of the joint station,the STEP7 programming software is used,the ladder diagram is used to design the control program,and the human-computer interface of the monitoring system is designed by using iFIX software,and the functions of real-time monitoring,data display,data storage,report and trend curve are realized.Finally,through the on-site installation and debugging,the system control and data acquisition program meet the requirements of the joint station,stable operation and achieve the expected effect.The operation of the system can make the daily management and work of the joint station more automated. |
