With the upgrading of computer network technology,the construction of digital mines is bound to become an effective way to achieve safe,efficient,and green mining of coal mining enterprises.One of the core technologies of digital mining technology is the construction of'coal mine integrated automation system.Based on the analysis and summarization of existing digital mine construction at home and abroad,based on the needs of coal mine enterprise construction,this paper presents a set of unified system integration platform and unified transmission network platform through comparison and analysis with other digital mining applications.,a unified database platform,a unified geographic information platform and other four-tier integrated coal mine information system.For the specific environment of Lijiaba coal mine,the industrial Ethernet ring network was used as the transmission network platform to upgrade the integrated automation system of Lijiaba Mine of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group.In order to protect the resources of the first phase of the design,the original Profibus ring network remains unchanged.By building a new 1000M industrial Ethernet ring network in the dispatching room,the original Profibus ring network cannot solve the problem of insufficient speed after the expansion of the coal mine,and not only protects the original Some equipment investments have enabled safe production monitoring and monitoring data,video,and voice services to operate well when the output has tripled.Then the safety production monitoring system software in the Lijiaba integrated mine automation system was designed.It not only can fully grasp the production and operation status,safety level,and disaster prediction information of the Lijiaba coal mine,but also has flexible data query,curve analysis and report printing functions,which can meet the business needs of managers at all levels.The second phase of the Lijiaba integrated mine automation system designed and implemented in this paper has been accepted by Shenhua Ningmei Group.Since the system was put into use,it has achieved very good economic and social benefits,indicating that the system is reliable,and the design is correct and reasonable.
