With the development of times, precision of mechanical produce required by people is becoming higher and higher. How to improve i precision of components is appreciated by designer. At the same time, with rapid development of computer technology, simulation technology is more and more used of modern science technology. It is an effective method to improve the mechanical precision. For instance, influence is researched between the machine cutting vibration and precision of mechanical. It is going to guide the practical production.In general drilling, axes decline and diameter enlarged of the hole are the main problems to affect the precision of machine tooling. This paper makes a study of model of simulation during drilling and effect vibration to the precision of mechanical. By FEM, we can make certain the quantity of the hole diameter enlarged and axes decline, and reconstruct the common drill press make sure the precision of drill fix the demand.In this paper, it introduces problems that exist in drilling and the importance of improving the precision of drilling hole. It also produces the situation of development in and out country. And it introduces developmental history about FEM and important theory. The deep drilling model which axes is declined is built and analyzed in the ANSYS. After analyzed twist drilling model it is clear to find the problem in drilling cutting, especially in axes decline and widen the hole. So that it can get the best grasping length. It is as the reference to the follow practical work.We can get the analytical result. Then the twist drill is improved and analyzed again. From the result ,it is clear that the twist drill axes decline is reduced. It also improves the precision of deflection and meets the demand of the products.
