Therefore temperature control is the technology of a key in every field.The key of temperature control lies in two aspects of to measure and to control .Temperature measure is that the more technical comparison of this respect and the foundation of temperature control ripen. But since controlling object more and more complex, in the aspect of temperature control, there are still a lot of problems.In this paper, the design of computer temperature control is proposed for industry resistance furnace on LabVIEW, and emulates using emulation software MATLAB /SIMULINK for controlling algorithm, at the same time study for advanced vague control algorithm. In article, the principle of detailed introduction computer control system is from the measure of the physical parameter on-the-spot , data acquisition and data analysis, data handling goes to actuator finally, have formed a complete temperature measure and control system.Systematic control part is taking LabVIEW as the key, major complex controlled object according to industrial resistance furnace this kind, it has the characteristic of a step big inertia and pure time-delay, designs various controllers , compares through emulating to go on; At the same time, have introduced signal detection and treatment in detail.
