This paper introduced GPS truck dispatching system technology principle of work, outlined the transport classical model, led to a complex optimization model of truck scheduling system; analysised operations of the table, on a map, Methods commonly used in genetic algorithms and neural networks of solving the transport optimization of the domestic and foreign,introduced algorithms, characteristics and realize of the two optimizations which are the neural networks and genetic, According to the conditions of their complementary strengths, a new method is been raised, that GA-Hopfield network, which is an optimal optimization using strong global search capability of GA to compensate Hopfield network vulnerable for the shortcomings of the local; By the optimization actual research in the Fushun Western Open-truck dispatch system, In this instance of the open-pit mine to the overall long-term production planning, production balance, production timing arrangements, the best path problem. Using GA-Hopfield of the Internet for ideas, open pit optimization results in line with actual production. the results were compared with conventional methods, analysed the advantages and shortcomings of traditional methods. So it noted that the model is the ability to solve the optimization problem of truck scheduling system. After solving similar problems for a very good research methods and research.
