The research and exploration on truck real-time dispatch optimizing decision and safety assurance pre-warning system in surface mine is carried on. The new advance safety management pattern is put forward and real-time optimizing dispatch model is built up based on yield deviation minimization and electric shovel, truck waiting time and truck operating time minimization criterion, aimed at the deficiency of existing dispatch model and safety management pattern in this paper. The real-time dynamic forecast model of truck link travel time is set up by using artificial neural network and fuzzy neural network theories and the applied effect is compared. The embedded type safety assurance pre-warning system is researched and designed. The technicality account and economy contrast selection is carried on the equipment purchasing in terms of technicality and economy. The instance is analysed for the example of the TKPH(Ton Kilometer Per Hour) value calculation of tyre. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used on the forecast appraisal of crashed truck accident risk. Thereby the assistant decision for real-time dispatch is provided. Finally, according to the function and soft hardware project of system, the system software is exploited by VC++ & Matlab combined programming.Research and parts of conclusions of the thesis further enrich and perfect the theories and methods of surface mine truck real-time optimizing dispatch decision. They have the important meaning in the theories and actual application.
