The truck automatic real-time dispatch system in surface mine has already gained the successful application, and obtained the notable economic performance, more than in 100 automobiles abroad truck transportation surface mine. In China, with the rapidly development of computer technology, satellite location technology, wireless communication technology and information technology it is from the theories research to reality development application stage. The applied effect of truck automatic real-time dispatch system mainly depends on software supporting system that is held advanced dispatch decision algorithm. But existing dispatch model which uses dispatch criterion, dispatch truck logical algorithm, selection and forecast of calculated parameters etc, is needed further perfect. It bears important meaning to promote the local strip mine truck automation real-time dispatch system extensive application if we strengthen the research on forecast methods of truck dispatch system applied effect in surface mine at the same time.The research work is carried on and combined with Liaoning province Department of Education fund item "the truck automation real-time dispatch decision support system in surface mine". The research and application condition of existing computer truck dispatch system is analyzed and generalized, according to dispatch work of mission, target and the system function request, combined with the characteristics of the electricity spade- the truck craft system. The function structure and soft hardware project of system is designed and analyzed in detail. The generating and updating transportation network, transportation optimizing path of production craft system, the goods flow programming, the optimizing dispatch target, criterion and mathematic model, the calculated parameter of selection and forecast, the applied effect forecast of truck dispatch system, optimizing dispatch theories and key technique are mainly further studied.The real-time optimizing dispatch model is put forward based on yield deviation minimization and electric shovel, truck waiting time and truck operating time minimization criterion, aimed at the deficiency of existing dispatch model in dispatch truck logical algorithm in this paper. The truck real-time dispatch decision optimized algorithm is further perfected.The real-time dynamic forecast model of truck link travel time is set up by using artificial neural network theories based on the analysis of influence truck link travel time multiple factor in detail. The defect is overcome while using statistic average value in truck real-time optimizing dispatch decision calculation. Thereby the accuracy, real-time, reliability is increased.Calibration-playback-simulation contrast method in the same runs is brought forward in this paper. Not only the applied effect of truck optimizing dispatch system is forecasted scientifically, but also the established surface mine production system simulation model could rapidly forecast and evaluate, according to the related effect and influence of shovel moved, new unloading soil field initiated, shovel optimizing project, path system and available truck alteration. Thereby the reliable reference of surface mine production technology decision is provided. The method has higher practical value.
