At present,to be environment-friendly and low-carbon has become the goal of the development of the transportation industry,and the problem of open-pit mine truck dispatch transportation is a special kind of logistics transportation problem.Therefore,in the process of the gradual expansion of the mine,green and low-carbon development has become the top priority.This paper takes the open-pit mine truck dispatching as the research object,comprehensively considers the various costs incurred by the truck during transportation,and constructs an open-pit mine truck low-carbon dispatching optimization model with the lowest overall cost,and combines the improved genetic algorithm with the ant colony algorithm.As a result,a hybrid ant colony algorithm for solving low-carbon scheduling problems is designed.The main work done in this article is as follows:(1)Constructed an open-pit mine truck low-carbon dispatching optimization model,analyzed the importance of low-carbon development and carbon reduction for open-pit mine development,comprehensively studied various costs incurred by trucks during dispatch transportation from the low-carbon perspective with the aim of minimizing the total cost,combining the characteristics of open-pit mine truck dispatch transportation.(2)According to the convergence performance of the truck low-carbon scheduling optimization model and the newly proposed algorithm,a factor that conforms to the low-carbon scheduling is designed.Crossover and mutation are improved in the genetic algorithm,and the ore grade difference factor is introduced in the ant colony algorithm to reduce the impact of the large difference in the grade of orecarried by the truck,which affects the results of ore blending,a comparison strategy is added to enable the genetic algorithm to enter the ant colony algorithm quickly and accurately after the operation is completed.The performance of the improved algorithm is tested using standard vehicle transportation problems,and a comparative analysis of the solution results shows that the results of the hybrid algorithm are more in line with the requirements.(3)According to the scheduling requirements of an open pit mine in Henan province,the proposed method is applied to actual scheduling,and the comparison of the models considering different factors is proved,which turns out that the model established in this paper is more in line with the actual situation and is solved by using three different algorithms The low-carbon scheduling model in this paper shows that the improved hybrid algorithm has better solution results,and the overall solution results can significantly reduce scheduling costs and improve work efficiency.Through the mine's dispatch management and control platform,combining it with real-time dispatch can reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions,thus making dispatch work better.The research in this paper provides help for mines to achieve low-carbon dispatching and takes a low-carbon development path,and is of great significance to the development of open pit mines.
