The press of RZU800HM is a product of hefei press company. It is introduced from German. It is stable, fast and precise. But the competition of the market is serious. So do some static analysis and model analysis of the structure is needed. To reduce our cost, the optimization design of the press is a very important program we must do.First we build the 3D model of the Press through Pro/e program and do the analysis to verify the intensity and the stiffness through ANSYS program. Second we do the model analysis of the press and get the first ten natural frequency to check the dynamic characteristics. At last we Utilized parameterized model building technology and optimization design part that ANSYS offered to do an optimization design of the top crossbeam of the press.
