Large-scale Hydraulic equipment manufacturing industry is an infrastructure, it involving the application of the national economy in all fields, it has also been increasingly widely used especially in the field of plastic processing.This Large-scale equipment is the foundation of the nation's characterization and an important guarantee for national security.The project of modernization of large-scale manufacturing major equipment plays an irreplaceable role.Large-scale forging presses have a direct link and far-reaching consequences for military industry, aircraft manufacturing industry, the nuclear power industry. As a necessary key equipment for "large-plane" starting, 800MN (80000 tons) giant forging presses is the world's largest forging presses, is more than the previous world's largest forging presses Russia 750MN. Large forging presses construction projects, changes in China's large-scale forging dependence on imports, the passive situation of the others, to achieve large-scale manufacture of forging their own products, and it is importance for stratagem.Combining National Key Basic Research Program ( "973" plan) "Forming equipment giant transmission power flow characteristics and high-precision manufacturing interface formation" ,the dissertation made a detailed analysis and design from the static perspective for structural features and power flow transmission of 800MN giant forging presses. This thesis includes the following main aspects:The dissertation made an in-depth study on the combination of large-scale structure of the finite element model. In the structure of the portfolio of large-scale modeling in the process of selecting the type of unit, the unit rule, the friction model selection and other issues in detail and analysis of the simulation test. Come to the establishment of such a large-scale structure of the combination of general principles to be followed, so that simulation results become more real. The results provide guidance for finite element analysis modeling of large-scale composite structures.800MN giant presses for used C-plate rack structure, the dissertation got the best pre-theoretical calculation formula of rod clamping force for C-plate rack structure, in finite element platform, amend the results of theoretical calculation; Rack-frame had been the best bar clamp preload the value of the amendment.
