Design And Research Of The Cold-rolled Coil Packaging Line's Control System

China's steel coil packaging technology has developed for only 10 years, whose technology and equipment is backward compared with developed countries. Currently major domestic steel mills to build and packaging have been built fewer production lines, whose specifications, production, production technology and equipment configuration, installation, automation and other uneven, the overall level is not high. Though some packaging production lines was imported by domestic enterprises, the results are not ideal. The aim on this paper ,come from Xi'an Institute of heavy machinery undertaken by the AnGang No.3 cold rolling production line project design, is to design a structure with the world advanced level of production of steel coil packaging production line ,using the latest model of Siemens PLC control system, under the totally integrated automation control concept.Packing automation features include : four walking beam of automatic control, step three beams linkage control, dolly the transit control, 3 hoist the automatic control, core bale hoist the automatic control, feed paper cutting machine control, 3-packaging machine control, weighing automatic weighing instrument, coil data automatically tracking, unit chain control and so on.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the packaging production line and the basis of technical requirements, design the control system network structure, Analysis of the various sports equipment operation characteristics and interaction, according to operating conditions logic judgment IPC areas popular PCS7 system, the preparation of the PLC control procedures, including the sequence control module procedures, conditional logic procedures, operating motor control procedures, control unit operation, automatic coil tracking information, packaging units so that the production process moves linkage equipment all logic, automatic sequence completed better meet the automatic production line equipment, semi-automatic control technology to meet demand . Based on this seamless integration structures L1 production monitoring and management systems, HMI system, the production line of real-time monitoring, equipment unit shows the working state set production process parameters and Fault Alarm .It is also designed as L2 production management system for the packaging line online storage management platform automatically tracking coil off-line information, automatic allocation of positions at the ratio of storage, warehousing information management, Report generation information storage and other functions, allowing the packaging production management automation to a higher level.
