In view of the demulsification and dehydration requirements of the produced water and the series problems in the polymer flooding block of Feiyan Strand, such as high oil content in the sewage after demulsification, a new pattern of demulsifier monomer was synthesized and its structure, demulsifying property and demulsifying mechanism were also analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, the deoiling agent HK-1 was optimized to carry on the laboratory experiment to the oil sewage in situ in Feiyan Strand, according to deoiling mechanism study and lab screening experiment. The results demonstrate that this new deoiling agent can effectively dehydrate the production fluid produced during the tertiary phase of Feiyan Strand with the advantages of high dehydration rate and high quality of dehydration water, for which it can substitute demulsifier SP-169 used in field at present; the new deoiling agent HK-1 of sewage containing polymer also has good effect on the the deoiling of the oily sewage in situ of Feiyan Strand, which can meet the actual demand and obtain the oil target contained in the recirculated sewage.In order to reflect the effects of the new demulsifier and deoiling agent more actually, experimental program in field was compiled and the available technological process was also reformed. The experiment in field indicated that combined demulsifier can demulsify and dehydrate the crude oil of Feiyan Strand field effectively with quick dehydrating velocity, high dehydrating rate and high quality of dehydration water; the new deoiling agent of sewage containing polymer also has good effect on the the deoiling of the oily sewage in situ of Feiyan Strand, can meet the actual demand and obtain the oil target contained in the recirculated sewage, and has both economic and social benefit.
