In recent years, along with the expansion of strip mine's scale, the large equipment, for example excavator and truck have been used in the large mines. Then, if the shipping equipment's matching is logical in stripe mine have fatal meaning for improving the equipment's efficiency, achieving the diversified procreative index and increasing the economic benefit, etc. At the same time, if the equipment's condition at operation is good affects the economic benefit of enterprise, but a lot of mining equipment faces the exceed period's serve, the equipment couldn't be renewed in time.A suit of renewed and decision-making system which can not only assure safety but also can consider the economic benefit would be setted down is important especially. So the shipping equipment's optimal matching and their renewed time and file management are the content of this task.The guideline of theory must combined with practice has been adopted in this paper, we statted and analyzed the located demarcating data with the means of probability and statted the distributing which the working time obeyed, at the same time, we collected a great deal of corrective data, we simulated and analyzed the total loading-carry-unloading system making the use of computer simulation linking the theory of queue in the open pit mine, and setted up the current model of fixed excavator-truck's matching and atempering matching truck.we considered fully the waiting loading and waiting unloading in the loading spot and unloading spot, the total simulation system was divided into seven subsystems which are loading, waiting loading, fully truck running, waiting unloading ,unloading, empty truck running, etc. the total process was realized with the computer.This paper analysed the equipment's economic life with the means of regression analyze and gray system forecasting, and we setted up the updating time forecasting models of the primary shipping equipments, which are excavators and trucks, aiming at the actuality which the mine's equipment couldn't be renewed, which could confirm the renewed time of the primary shipping equipment: excavator and truck, which could afford remarkabled economic benefit for mine. This paper aimed at the instance of regression analyze and gray system model which have the characters of requiring much data, we suggested to practise file manage for excavators and trucks, which could afford the relevantly origin data for decision of optimum replacement time of the equipment.At last, the system software has been validated in the shipping system of Jidong ltd's limestone mine, the software compared and analysed the procreative index of several matching projects, the optimal excavator-truck matching was gained in the mine; at the same time, we acquired some equipment's updating time according to some data from the mine, the result from this paper which can indicate that it is resonable that the computer simulation connecting the queue theory, the regression analyze and the gray system forecasting were applied to the equipment's management of the mine, what's more, it provided the scientific gist for concernd management department.
