Research And Development Of Box Virtual Modular Fixture Assembly System Based On Pro/E

On the basic of further development of Pro/E, research on the combination fixture design under the three dimension are studied in this thesis。This is one of the tasks of the integrated CAD/CAM project attribute to spaceflight department.The theories and technologies of CAFD and Toolkit are analyzed in this Thesis feather match technology and research on basic module of Toolkit, Write interface class and assistant application program, on the foundation of modular fixture instance structure analysis, modular fixture design theory and realization based on typical instance is proposed, establish main frame base on further development of Pro/E.In this design, It improved the design speed of modular fixture in Pro/Engineer through further development of Pro/Engineer, and change traditional design mode, and also can improve assemble technology and CIMS. This method can make enterprise to be fit for modernize produce, and have important realism meaning.
