Ecological regionalization basing on the eco-environment factors,eco-environmental sensitivity and ecosystem service spatial distribution, dived studying region into different ecological function zone. Its aim is to supply scientific basis for establishing regional ecological environment protecting and building program; maintaining regional ecological safety; rational utilization of regional natural resources, and optimum allocation of agricultural and industrial production. caring regional ecological environment and government environmental decision-making. And offer management information and management means for environment department.The Qiantang River is mother's river of Zhejiang province; gestate bright ancient civilization of Zhejiang, bearing today's splendidness taking off. The drainage area,drainage population,drainage economic aggregate of Qiantang River is about to 1/3 of total Zhejiang province. But along with the fast development of economic and society these years, the ecological environment is increasingly standing out; the function of eco-system is presenting degradation. And directly affect the eco-environment safety; obstruct the sustainable development of drainage economic society.This paper bases on papers researching,statistical data collecting and on-the-spot investigating, using modern ecology theory , on the assessments of regional eco-environmental characteristic, eco-environmental sensitivity and eco-service significance, combines the characteristic of regional economies society development. Confirms the main eco-environmental sensitivity and eco-service significance of every function zone, and points out the protection measure, development way. On the base of regionalization, further partition important ecological function protection zone, this will supply basis for confirming the emphases of Qiantang River protection, overall regional productivity and major basis construction. The mainly result of research is as follows: 1)There are many ecosystem types in the drainage of Qiantang River, but there are also many regional eco-environment problems: The water resource quantity distribution is not equal in space-time, the Jinhua Riven Dongyang River and South River's water quality is a little low, All these result in short of water resource in the Jinqu Basin etc. Impressed by actions of mining exploitation, the soil erosion in some places is very serious. The forested rate is a little high, but the forest structure is not reasonable. Wild biological habitat is islanding, biological diversity is faced with threat. The tendency of acid rain is clearly, many cities are heavy districts of acid rain such as Linan,Jiande.2) The eco-environmental sensitivity of Qiantang River drainage spatial distribution indicates that: The most sensitive areas of soil erosion mainly distribute at the center of Mount Tianmu and Qingliangfeng etc. north-west mountain areas,Mount Gutian and Qianligang,Mount Jiulong etc south-west mountain areas. The most sensitive areas of acid rain mainly distribute at Fuchun River bank and south-east of Qiantang River. The most sensitive areas of Geological Disaster distribute extensively, mainly distribute at middle and south highlands and mountainous areas.3) The ecosystem service of Qiantang River drainage spatial distribution indicates that: The most important area of eco-service mainly distribute at the center of Mount Tianmu and Qingliangfeng etc North-west mountain areas; at the center of Mount Gutian and Qianligang etc the source area of Qianjiang River; Thousand island Lake, West Lake, Xixi wetland Park, and Thousand island Lake wetland; at the center of Mount Jiulong etc south-west mountain areas. There are scattered distributions at Mount Longmen and Mount Dapan areas.4)Using GIS, Combining and analyzing vary data, the Qiantang River drainage is divided into 20 ecological regions, every ecological regions is analyzed its ecosystem service , Eco-environmental sensitivity and existing problems, the controlling guideline and developing ways of every regions are pointed out.5)"West Lake and Xixi Wetland ecological protection zone" etc 9 ecological zones are reserve ecological function zones. Most of these zones lie at the source of Qiantang River and water resources conservation areas, the ecosystem service has important functions to the development of Qianjiang River. The total area of reserve ecological function zones is 17125.83km~2, about 42.8% of Qianjiang River drainage area.
