Theory Study And Calculation Of New Type Screw Press Filter

Recent years, energy resources and environment problems have become basic precondition of scientific research. Screw press filter is a major type of dewatering machine, It has low consumption, a simple structure and low pollution. It can be used in many fields, such as sewage treatment, solid- liquid separation in food and medical industries and solid- liquid separation in food.Firstly in this paper, key components of different types of screw press filters were collected, arranged and classified. Nearly, most screw press filters were manufactured based on the key components. The others can get a general view of introduction.Secondly, the wedge-wire welded screen was specially analyzed in this paper. The wedge-wire welded screen is a major part of the screw press filter. It has a delicate structure with multiple loads. The structure of the screen determines the capacity and dewatering efficiency of the filter, so it is important to analyze the stress intensity and deformation of the screen with ANSYS and method of analysis design, point out the critical position of the wedge-wire welded screen. It is a reference to manufactory and selection of the screw press filter.Thirdly, a new type of screen was analyzed in this paper moving-fixed screen. The model of moving-fixed screen was simplified and the performance promotion by using moving-fixed screen was rationally analyzed. Then tendency of performance was shown under different conditions.Finally, strength design software of screw blade was developed by using visual programming language VB to pretreat the finite element software ANSYS. A typical screw blade was checked based on the software. The strength of screw blade was checked by changing the parameter and infection was shown by graph.
