The effect on Screw press for dehydration of crushing fiber material is very obvious, andhas the advantages of small investment, easy operation, processing in a timely manner, themachine now in the pharmaceutical, juice production and development of new energy andother fields has been widely used. Screw is the key component in the working process of thescrew press, and under the tremendous pressure, combined with long-term continuouscrushing homework, which makes vital effects on the reliability and life expectancy for thesecurity operation of the whole screw structure unit. Therefore, to analysis the screw strengthstress and the modal, improving the structure of screw and its related processing technology,improving the service life of the screw in order to reduce the cost, is to guarantee and improvescrew press squeezing properties of the key technologies.This paper use the screw press producing by Xinxiang Hengxin machinery company asthe research object, by using the finite element method to study the screw, completed thefollowing work:(1) This paper expounds the working principle and characteristics of the screw press,analysing and calculating its screw force, screw strength checking formula is given, andproviding theoretical basis for study the screw.(2) The screw solid model was built based on Pro/E software, after reasonable simplifiedthen imported it into the finite element analysis software to proceed the static stress analysis,the results show that the maximum stress occurs in squeezing screw exit blade roots with avalue of442.491Mpa; The part at the screw blade root and the face is larger, the stress takingon gradual change along the axis of the outlet direction, at the same time the stress on thecontact part of propeller shaft and blade is the relatively concentrated area, stress on the shaftbody parts is relatively small.(3) Under the environment of ANSYS, Carried out the modal analysis, obtained theprevious six order natural frequency and modal displacement nephogram, the results showthat the vibration mode of the screw is mainly performance for bending and distortion, at thesame time, this paper studying the screw previous six order natural frequency is all above500 HZ, which far outweigh the turbulence frequency of the machine under variable load, soresonance phenomenon will not occur.(4) Finally, based on the previous finite element analysis, the processing technology ofscrew structure and its related method is improved, the result is: The screw structure by thescrew tube and shaft through the key connection of screw pipe at the same time use theoverall casting combinations of two stages, and the screw pipe material selection for the castalloy steel (ZG40Cr), the shaft body is choose40cr material by casting, at the same time inthe helical blade edge and root system adopt the method of surfacing welding layer ofwear-resisting material of nickel and chromium stainless steel to extend its service life.In this paper, the research of more stable screw press is designed and also provides acertain theoretical basis and basic methods.
