Design Of The Tie-Xi Pipeline Project

The process about design of pipeline was introduced in detail—making an example of the oil pipeline from Tie Biancheng to Xi Feng.This project includes oil pipeline with length of 235.75 kilometers, Tie-Lian oil transportation station, Wu-Lian oil transportation, Baibao station oil transportation station, Yuelian oil transportation station, Xi-lian oil transportation station, SCADA centralized control system, the extension of firehouse in xinzhai and the corresponding civil project and assistant production facility. The hydraulic and thermal parameters needed in the project were calculated by the ready-made software.Based on the corresponding criterion and the oil resource in e er duo si basin, this article combined the collectivity scheme stratagem of Petroleum China Company and adjusted the flow direction of Changqing crude oil. In the design, the safe, practical, economic and advanced techniques were used to save energy and reduce the cost of function.Combined with the real condition and the calculated parameters, the reasonable flow of the project was confirmed and the regular equipment was chosen. At last, the decision that reverse transportation flow was not setting up has made.
