Economics Analysis Of Regional Environment Regulation In China Under Perspective Of Interests Group

According to the practical effect, the priority of efficiency, treated as the fundamental economic development, has triggered sorts of social problems, such as environmental pollution and so on. The environmental protection and environmental regulations are becoming more and more important at present, however the deep theoretical study apparently lagged behind the demands of practice. In addition, regional government, the chief administrator between the center government and micro economy, implements concrete environment policy. From the viewpoint of interest group, this thesis analyzes the local environmental regulations in economics ways. In the first place, this thesis gives a general analysis for the individual administer on environmental regulations, and then the transition period which points out the characteristic and conduct in particular periods. Based on these, the following thesis analyzes the interests structure of the individual administers and the characteristics of respective interest group, and then utilizes game theory model analyzing the influence and effect taken by the main interest group who affect the institution and practice of local environmental policy. In the end, the relative strategy and proposal, which based on the interest group characteristics, would tackle invalid and inefficiency problems of the local environmental regulations and promote the cooperation of respective interest group. And this thesis was provided with a valuable reference to the profound study of environmental regulations.
