Because nanomaterials the relative surface is very big, and the surface energy is very high, nanomaterials have the unique nanometer effects, they are widespread applicated in material modification research in gradually. The nanocomposite coating usually is that the traditional coating joins nanomaterials, and we carry on the dispersion and modified processing to this kind of mixture. The nanocomposite coating can remarkable raise the original coating performance and has the new function.In this paper the reunite of nanometer materials was resolved firstly. The single molecule structure,interspace molecule structure,atomic electron cloud and atomic electricity potential of nanometer-TiO2 were analyzed by Materials Studio Modeling 3.2. The disperse and coupling instance of nanometer-TiO2 were studied. We selected three kinds of dispersants: ethyloic ethylol cellulose, LH-716 resolver dispersant, 731 dispersant and six phosphatic sodium, which discussed the influence of dispersants dosage, sorts of dispersants and nanometer dosage, and made conclusion that the optimal dispersants of nanometer-TiO2 were LH-716 resolver dispersant and 731 dispersant. Then the nanometer materials were rectified by titanate and alcohol ester-12, the dosage of coupling agents were discussed. At last, the effects of nanometer materials disperse and rectify were validated by FESEM.Epoxy resin and river character epoxy resin emulsion become the membrane material. J55 and ester-12 is the membrane assistance reagent. The preparation technics and methods of nanometer three protections coatings were probed elementary. We joined the pre-disperse nanometer materials slurry in coatings at the moment of blending and mixing round, which added the fitting coatings auxiliary reagent and prepared the water-based nanometer-coatings. The composition, preparation and solidification influence factor of it were optimized. Then we observed the micrograph and microstructure of coatings surface by FESEM and SEM, and concluded that the nanometer-coatings uniformity and fine in which contained the nanometer-crystal. Finally, the performance of coatings were tested and indicated that the package stability, dirt resistance and adhesion of nanometer-coatings were improved obviously. The curing temperature reduced 61%. The mechanisms of nanometer-materials rectified coatings were interpreted.
