when there is an external force acting on the ferromagnetic material,then generated strain in its internal,resulted in stress,leaded to changing in permeability, the phenomenon is the piezomagnetic effect.With the more investigation of the amorphous soft magnetic materials,piezomagnetic effect has been used widely in sensor.In this paper,the piezomagnetic properties of three different component strips, such as Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9,Fe78Si13B9 and Fe72Co8Si15B5,which are studied at the frequency range from 50 kHz to 1MHz.And the effects of surface condition,testing temperature and relative humidity on piezomagnetic properties of amorphous strips are analyzed.The results of research show that Fe-based amorphous strips have excellent piezomagnetic properities.With frequency increasing,the piezomagnetic properties of Fe-based amorphous strips increase,when stress lesses than 0.1MPa,|ΔZ| nonlinear greatly increases as the stress increasing;when stress is in the range of 0.1MPa to 1MPa,|ΔZ| linearly increases with the stress changed,the sensitivity of piezomagnetic properity drops.When frequency is 1MHz and stress is 1.0MPa,piezomagnetic sensitivity is the best,|ΔZ| of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9,Fe78Si13B9 and Fe72Co8Si15B5 are 0.033.Ω,0.025Ωand 0.011Ω.Under similar conditions,when stress largers than 0.1MPa,piezomagnetic sensitivities of amorphous strips which cover organic silicon and EVA plastic in the surface are better than free surface.Sensitivities of piezomagnetic property increase as testing temperature increasing in the range of 19℃~50℃,piezomagnetic sensitivity of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 is the best when testing temperature is 40℃,piezomagnetic sensitivities of Fe78Si13B9 and Fe72Co8Si15B5 are the best when testing temperature is 50℃.Piezomagnetic properties increase as relative humidity increasing,which is the best when relative humidity is 75%RH.Compared the three Fe-based strips,when testing frequency is 1MHz,piezomagnetic properties of FeCuNbSiB are better than FeCoSiB and FeSiB.
