Fiber Composites have many advantages such as high specific strength and specific modulus, good corrosion resistibility and vibration absorptivity, and etc. Filament winding process is a production of high-performance composite products processing technologies, will be a resin prepreg fiber bundle in a row silking mouth under the control requirements along the winding path in the core module, is to create high-strength composite materials products, a Important method of its products widely used in aviation, aerospace, building materials, chemicals, and other fields.The mathematical model of stable filament winding is both the theory foundation and key technology of filament winding. Such kinds of models have been mainly concluded from experience, which is obtained by people from their production practice or experiments, since the invention of filament winding technology. That means these models still lack precise and deep theoretical research by means of advanced mathematical method. Such actuality causes people can not understand the mechanism of stable filament winding clearly and grasp its essence. So do research on the mathematical model of stable filament winding with advanced mathematical theory will help people to grasp the law of filament winding and extend the production range of filament winding technology. Equilibrium equations are established by analyzing the static forces acting on the fiber. Then differential geometry theory is used to describe the geometric relationship between the fiber and the curved surface. As a result, the stable condition, which is determined by intrinsic geometry, for filament winding is derived.No matter that the mechanical filament winding machine, or of computer controlling, for every reason (including the reason of the mechanical system design and manufacture, the reason of controlling system), it must exist rather error between practical accuracy and designed line type. It is this theme's aim that error analysis and find practicable adjusting method so that improve system performance and accuracy of line type. Therefore, this research has important significance of academic and practical value.
