There are some problems exists in the operation of Crystallization, Filtration, Washing, Drying, Artificial discharging and so on of raw material drug's post-processing of production, such as the dispersed equipment, materials exposed to air for a long time, man-made pollution , and more difficult to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. In this paper, based on studying the process enhancement technology and integration control technologies, one set of integrated post-processing equipment with all this functions was developed, and the prototype performance test has been done. Main research contents and research results are as follows:(1) Filtration enhancement technology has been researched. A new type of diaphragm squeeze structure has been proposed, namely the transition part of the cone in the cylinder to add diaphragm pressing devices, using the stagger side of the diaphragm platen, which has the advantages such as simple structure, good sealing effect, low cost and easy installation. Filter press test of superfine heavy calcium carbonate has been done in order to verificate the veracity of the calculation model of squeeze theory, the error was within the allowable range in engineering. Squeeze filter test of suspension mixed by 1:1clay and diatomite has been done on chamber filter press with diaphragm, the results show that the diaphragm squeeze on the filter cake has good dehydration, the moisture content of the filter cake cake can reduce about 20%.(2) Heat transfer enhanced technology has been researched. Honeycomb jacket used in the integrated equipment has been devised, and the heat transfer performance of its water cooling structure has been predicted by numerical simulation and verified by experiment test. The results show that, the simulation results and experimental test results consistent with the trend, the honeycomb jacket can significantly enhance heat transfer, and the heat transfer coefficient of honeycomb jacket is about twice the ordinary jacket. (3) The Multi-position system control program has been determined, so that crystallization, filtration, washing, drying, discharging process operation can adjust to the best position in order to achieve optimal process results. With new honeycombjacket and diaphragm squeeze structure applied, the structure ofΦ1000mmintegrated post-processing equipment of raw material drug's production has been devised.(4) In order to test and analysis the level of energy consumption, the potassium chloride's cooling crystallization, filtration, drying process has been completed in the integration equipment. The results shows that the integration equipment can be smoothly accomplished each operation, and the energy consumption per unit product can reduce over 20% than the monomers dispersed facilities.
