The traditional treatment process for coking wastewater of high costs, operation difficulties and likely cause secondary pollution, the national emission standards can't be achieved by traditional treatment process. The process for coking wastewater by high-carbon metalized pellets is a new kind of treatment process.The mixture and roasting process of high-carbon metalized pellets were studied on, and the temperature maintained 120min when the temperature rose to 1250℃, The high-carbon metalized pellets with good performance were made.The coking wastewater treatment with some successes by high-carbon metalized pellet through analysis the composition and content of coking wastewater of 30 specimens by static fixed-bed method. The treatment effect of coking wastewater treated by dynamic fixed-bed method by adjusts pH for making better affection by the high-carbon metalized pellets. The best remove mechanics was found by analysis the main content of coking waste water by fixed-bed method, the feasibility of treat coking waste water by high-carbon metalized pellet was explored. The remove mechanics was explored of coking wastewater was treated by three-dimensional electrode of high-carbon metalized pellets, degradation process of the main content of coking wastewater was researched, and the degradation mechanics and treatment affection was influenced by the research condition. The maximum and extreme values of electric process for treating coking wastewater were pointed out by mathematical analysis.The treatment results of coking wastewater by high-carbon metalized pellets, the pellet after improved has good physical and chemical properties, the main pollutant of coking wastewater after treatment can meet the national emission second standard by using appropriate methods and process parameters.
