As the core components of plunger pump, valve barrel endures tremendous of pressure.As the result of the finite element analysis, it is very important to improve the design of reliability and rationality. Because of the special structure of valve barrel,the research on technology processing is to the benefit of improving the processing efficiency, reduce production costs, the key to improving product competitiveness. On the study of plunger pump motion law, pulsating flow and the pressure fluctuations caused by pulsating flow, the factors of causing the pressure fluctuations is arrived.It provide a theoretical basis for the design and improvement and the force of the state of valve barrel.Analysis the distribution of stress and fatigue life distribution by using NX Nastran in the maximum force condition. According to the analysis,put forward measures for improving the pump structure.According to the valve barrel condition and structural features, technology processing given the pump head body from the material, rough cast, large-diameter hole nesting processing, turning ladder hole, milling inch screws, rolling to hydraulic self-reinforcing process.analyzes the Trepanning drill advantage, choose the workpiece rotation, external chip removal structure type, a detailed analysis of the processes of Trepanning drill, such as cutting power, the choice of cutting, cooling and chip removal, and devices of core-drill hole is different from the ordinary processing equipment, too.Cutter tool parameters that affect the efficiency and service life is the important factors, particularly the core-drill is to work in confined spaces, at the same time to meet the processing efficiency, chip breaking and chip removal method is the key addition. Analyzes the influence of the axial vibration on the angle during of the cutting, and gives the hole axis deflection factors of theory.Way by milling Inch thread processing and the application of macro program improve the efficiency of thread milling. In order to increase the valve barrel strength and service life, the method of hole hydraulic self-reinforced is used.
