Oil-gas gathering and transportation system is the main project of the oilfield surface engineering,in which the investment usually accounts for 65 percent of the entire surface engineering.Oil-gas gathering and transportation system is mainly the pipeline network of"pipeline—station".Oil-gas gathering process of single pipes ring blending water is the prevalent process in oilfield.The initial investment of this system is very large,so is energy consumption of the system.Energy consumption of the system is the important part of the operation cost of the system,and it is related with blending water quantity,blending water temperature,pipeline length,pipeline diameter,liquid output of oil well,water cut,and so on.However,these factors are interactional.So,it is necessary to study the parameters of oil-gas gathering and transportation system,which can give optimal operation parameters and provide reasonable operation scheme on condition of minimal energy consumption.In this paper,the study object is from well head to transfer station of surface gathering and transportation pipeline network.Based on the given layout network,parameters optimization of single pipes ring blending water oil-gas gathering system has been studied in the paper. a model of parameters optimal design of single pipes ring blending water oil-gas gathering system is established with minimal energy consumption cost as an objective function.This model is non-linear optimization and can be solved with conjugate direction method for multidimensional combined with golden section method for the one-dimensional.Secondly,optimal design applied programme of single pipes ring blending water oil-gas gathering system with Visual Basic has been developed.Lastly,it has applied in the two transfer stations of Ao nan station and provided reasonable operation scheme.It can make operation cost reduce from 7 percent in practical application.All of these can give a great help to optimal design of system and practical management.
