The characteristics of high freezing point oil determine the high energy consumption and high cost production.Especially when the development of high freezing point oil field entering the high water-cut period,the output of single well decreases year by year,and the water content continues to rise.So the development contradiction is prominent.The natural gas can not meet the self-use,and energy consumption becomes one of the main factors restricting the development benefit.Reducing energy consumption of high freezing point oil production,which is to reduce costs.The optimization of the ground system is not only an energy-saving issue,but also related to the effectiveness of the high freezing point oil recovery process and the implementation of a low-cost strategy.By analyzing the gathering and transportation status of the high freezing point oilfield and making a knowledge of the energy consumption problems,this paper chose a representative block of Shenyang Oilfield as an example to study the optimization process of high freezing point oil mixed with water gathering and transportation.At present,besides the problems of production structure in Shenyang Oilfield,there are some corresponding problems in the later stage of oilfield,such as long service life of pipelines and equipment,low efficiency of heating furnace and so on.Laboratory experiments on physical properties of the oil samples from Shenyang Oilfield were carried out.Viscosity-temperature curves of dehydrated crude oil were obtained and the data of viscosity and density at different water content and temperature were tested.The corresponding formulas for calculating viscosity and density were fitted.From the point of view of simplifying process flow and adopting low energy consumption gathering and transportation process,the corresponding transformation scheme was formulated.The three-stage distribution station was optimized to one-stage distribution station.The centralized heating point of water mixing was set up,and the double-pipe water blending process was optimized to the single-pipe circular oil gathering process.By compiling the optimization software based on K-Means and ant colony algorithm,the circular pipeline network of this block was optimized and analyzed.The gathering and transportation model was established by PIPESIM software.By comparing the calculation results of back pressure and temperature drop with the field measurement,DE model is was selected as the optimal scheme.The optimized water content was calculated,and the corresponding heating furnace and metering equipment were optimized and analyzed.Based on the optimized scheme,the economic benefit was analyzed and the financial indicators such as net present value and payback period are wer calculated.The feasibility of the scheme was then analized.
