Gathering and transportation system is an important part in the offshore oil and gas production industry. As most offshore oilfields gradually entering their late stages of development, the actual conditions have been very different from their original design. Therefore, to meet the development of offshore oilfields, operating parameters are in urgent need to be optimized. In the case of a specific process, this paper studies the offshore gathering and transportation system to realize the optimization of its operating parameters.First, this paper established the basic idea for the overall optimization of marine gathering system. Using the basic principle of nodal analysis, the offshore gathering system was divided into several subsystems. And then through logistics and energy flow, the various subsystems were connected as a whole system. To achieve the above decomposition and association, this paper put forward the basic concept and design ideas of the optimization and decision-making platform, which can lay a great foundation for the subsequent simulation and parameter optimization. Through the setting of key nodes, connected the system with the outside world, and on the other hand, realized the simulation of mixing process.Then, the working principles of key equipments and the marine transportation pipeline network were analyzed. The simulation model was set up, and the programs were compiled to achieve the various functions of the platform. Considering that water content can not be calculated by traditional methods, the model of oil-water separation equipments has been studied particularly. By analyzing the relationship between water content and the smallest division, this paper presents a calculation method by which the water content can be calculated directly. Meanwhile, as an important parameter, the furnace thermal efficiency traditionally can only be obtained by measuring. By studying the relationship between thermal efficiency and running heating load, this paper sets up a computational model for the calculation of furnace thermal efficiency. The simulation of key nodes was studiedNext, this paper studies the evaluation indexes and overall levels of some existing systems, sets up a systematic evaluation. By using fuzzy evaluation method, this paper sets up the evaluation method of offshore gathering system.Finally, based on the above research results, this established an optimization method, and selected a typical oilfield to optimize the parameters.
