Numerical Simulation Of Flow Field On Semidry FGD System In Coal-fired Power Plant

Based on the semidry FGD system, the software of Fluent was used to simulate the flow field of flue gas in desulfurizing tower. Major research the effects of the air flow distribution in desulfurizing tower on the import of desulfurizing agent and the import of flue gas. The import of desulfurizing agent, including the effects of the air flow distribution on the einspritzen speed of desulfurizing agent and the nozzle location, and simulate the chemical reaction in desulfurizing tower by adding desulfurizing agent; the import of flue gas, including the effects of the air flow distribution on the size, location, angle of the deflector in funnel. Through simulate the various design calculations, research the best solution of air flow well-distributed, to provide reference for FGD system design.
