The purpose of heating furnace control is setting the temperature about the different section of the furnace and to heat the billets, and making them to have sufficient heat in the heating furnace. It also includes that to make the temperature distribution of the billet meet the requirements of opening rolling mill at the moment of the billets out of the furnace.At present, we usually control the temperature different zone in the heating furnace to realize the purpose of controlling the temperature of the billets. The most optimum temperature distribution of the billet is a factor we need to consider. Because we only make billets heated by the ideal heating line, then we can get the minimum fuel consumption, while also making the energy consumption is also the lest in rolling process least.The heating quality of the billet directly affect the quality of the production, energy consumption and rolling reheating furnace, and the development of optimizing control system is the premise of realizing the index optimal economic benefits.Firstly, this paper summarizes the current situation of heating furnace situation and points out the problems of optimization control in the process of heating furnace temperature and explains the importance of furnace temperature optimizing.The heating mechanism of the billet is analyzed in the paper, and two-dimensional slab temperature prediction model is established to lay the foundation for the solution of optimal furnace temperature. The optimal objective function including the smallest energy, the lowest loss of billet and the minimum temperature deviation distribution of billet reheating, the optimization algorithm procedures is used to solving the optimal temperature distribution.The paper proposes a fuzzy control strategy for the temperature distribution of furnace based on Distributed reasoning structure for the problem of dynamic furnace temperature optimizing compensation. The contacts among every point of gas temperature and a number of billet discrete temperature changes are established .A discrete temperature fuzzy controller based on distributed reasoning structure has been built. This paper makes the discrete contrast between temperature prediction curve and the optimal temperature distribution curve. The deviation of a number of slab temperature and the deviation change rate is used as the input of their respective two-dimensional fuzzy controller. By controlling the output of the corresponding amount of furnace temperature compensation, the distance weighting factor is used to get the final temperature compensation in accordance with the quantity of each discrete billet temperature compensation, finally the furnace temperature compensation point for the total output can be obtained. ?Finally, the completion of the simulation optimization of billet temperature curve to verify the effectiveness of this control method.
