The determination of the reasonable submergence pressure of sucker rod pump is the core of pumping unit well management, and a key factor to ensure stable production and make the pumping unit operating at a high system efficiency and low power way. It is also the premise of extending oil well repair free period and reaching the optimum economic benefit finally. On the basis of investigating the correlation study sufficiently, analyse various factors including oil well productivity, fluid properties, working parameters, equipment status and so on. Use fuzzy evaluation method and select pump effectivity, system effectivity, well productivity, economic benefit and equipment utilization ratio as objective function to optimize the best scheme. Predicting oil well production accurately is the basis of optimal design of oil production system, chosing the different productivity prediction menthod according to the well's production situation and data situation. Productivity prediction model of low permeability well takes the influence of threshold pressure gradient into account. According to the characteristics of wells of different reservoir, determine the method of the reasonable submergence pressure of sucker rod pump of high gas oil ratio well, low permeability reservoir and heavy oil reservoir. The reasonable submergence pressure charts are drawed at different production gas oil ratio at differert water content by setting threshold value of gas-liquid ratio at pump suction nozzle for high gas oil well. Considering the case of the presence of starting pressure gradient and maximun production inflection piont, discussing determination mathod of the reasonable submergence pressure in case of formation pressure decreased as the oilfield development. Seven typical blocks of sheng-li oilfield of each type well are selected, and reasonable range values are reached of each block by optimization. The software is composed to design the reasonable submergence pressure of sucker rod pump by VB program language. It is proved that the software improves the production conditions of oil well, and obtains good effect.
