The Research On Coalmine Equipment Maintenance Management

With the high rate failures, low efficiency and excessive waste of coalmine equipment, there are more and more problems in coalmine equipment using. So coal mine enterprise should adjust its equipment management theory to modernized equipment management requirement. This thesis was aimed to solve those problems by improving coalmine equipment maintenance management.This thesis analyzed the characteristic of coal production and problems of coal mine equipment management firstly, and then advanced that TPM should be used in coal mine equipment management. After analyzed the feasibility, combining common coalmine situation, the TPM implementation system was constructed.Designed the coalmine equipment TPM implementation system which consists of six parts:TPM spot management, rational proposal activities, equipment failure management, maintenance resource management and maintenance engineering, then explained relationship of the six parts and persisted the former two are the base of others.Through analyzing the causes of low equipment efficiency,it is found that shearer high rate failure was the main cause of low efficiency of mining face.According to the shearer management TPM implementation, the main implementation activities contained shearer failure analysis, spot improvement, shearer autonomous maintenance activities, maintenance strategy selection and shearer-centered special maintenanceIn the last, discussed some problems of the implementation in coalmine enterprises, it reaches a conclusion that is the concept of TPM can be adopted. TPM can be implemented provided implementation method is proper.
