The structure of cigarette equipment maintenance management system is complex and the technology is diverse,its operation management situation will directly affect the operation status of cigarette equipment.The management system of cigarette equipment in China has some problems,such as heavy construction,light management,heavy charging and light maintenance,which affect the operation efficiency of cigarette equipment.Based on this situation,a set of cigarette equipment maintenance management system is designed to realize the system management of resource allocation and equipment operation,which can effectively improve the production efficiency of cigarette equipment.The cigarette equipment of the factory is equipped with 16 sets of on-line units,complete power support system and warehousing logistics system.This paper takes the cigarette equipment maintenance management system as the research object.Based on the introduction of the basic technology,functional requirements and data storage management of the system,the design idea is described in detail.Adopt B / S architecture,Java EE enterprise development platform and MVC development framework to carry out system design,adopt SQL Server,as the storage space of database,ensures the development and implementation of the system.On the premise of describing and analyzing the basic function modules,the paper uses the current mainstream UML modeling tools and methods to describe and analyze the cigarette equipment maintenance and management system under the Java EE technical framework in detail,and determines that the core business function modules include user management and equipment management,daily affairs processing,fault maintenance management,spot check management,report statistics management,fault prediction and early warning management,with the help of these designs,lay the foundation for the implementation of standardized operation of cigarette equipment maintenance management in the later stage.After the completion of the system design,the function of each module is realized,and it is tested comprehensively,including integration test,unit test and so on.The test results show that the system can achieve the expected results and meet the actual business logic requirements.During the operation of the system,based on the equipment production data of Shifang cigarette factory from June2019 to December 2019,the production efficiency of cigarette equipment is 94.18%,8.4%higher than last year.
