Jiangxi PingGang industrial Co., LTD jiujiang branch has a 300,000 tons of wire production line originaly, by modernization after reconstruction has grown to over one million tons high-speed wire mill production line, in the project, the flying shear system transformation is an important link。It transforms the original technical level of the flying shear control system in the 1980s into a modernized starting and stopping type flying shears, matches at present domestic popular PLC add dc speed device combining human-machine interface control system.The original fly camber of cutting precision, response speed, and GaXian lagging in speed increased will often appear misoperation, greatly influenced production yield. After the transformation this system combines modern computer technology and communication technology, provides logic control, high-speed count control, the axis positioning control and data processing technology and other functions, and has a good human-machine interface interface, increased the system status, fault alarm functions, while software module function relatively independent, between modules, makes the small coupling software maintenance convenience.The control system of CPU has powerful functions, make the system processing operation data speed highly, and make it more stable and reliable, operating easily. Through online adjustment and production application practice, the flying shear reconstruction project satisfied the high speed wire rod works for fast response, precise shearing functions, is expected to reach the design requirements.This article mainly aims at The Times the flying shear retrofit engineering hardware and software of control system are analyzed, and the control system of the flying shear, control principle and process of analysis, the design gives realize high speed and high precision operation of the flying shear modular software and good human-machine interface.
